It is the Hot Legendary Pepper sauce!

A lot of you wonder if it’s good to consume Tabasco sauce with a lot of food varieties or is it bad for our health.

The nutritional and health benefits of the ingredients found in Tabasco sauce offer the same benefits as other spicy food and hot peppers.

All of them can boost our metabolism and cure headaches and mild depression.

Tabasco sauce is one the free food I advice my clients to take with their meals. That means they can consume it as much as they want as it is a zero calorie and zero fat condiment. But there’s a bit of sodium to watch out for! Many condiments add sodium, so if you’re watching your sodium intake, you need to control Tabasco intake.

1 teaspoon of Tabasco sauce contains:

zero calorie, zero gram of carbohydrates, zero gram protein, zero gram of fat  and 30 mg of sodium!

2 teaspoons of that will not likely put you over your recommended sodium level for the day.

People with hypertension problems are not recommended to consume the sauce as many other food contain hidden sources of sodium (cheese, turkey, fish, tuna, salmon, cereals which offer a lot of benefits for us compared to Tabasco sauce!)

Spicy food and hot peppers, despite their sodium content can cure many diseases and offer many health advantages!

  • They lower the frequency of migraines and headaches.
  • They improve our digestive system
  • They improve our cardiovascular system
  • They increase our blood circulation
  • They increase endorphin production (it is a hormone that reduces stress, sadness and depression)

Spicing up your life is a great way to bring the health benefits of  Tabasco without packing on the calories!! :D
